Who you are:
We're looking for enthusiastic tech talent, to join our passionate engineering team as a Jr. Software Engineer (Co-op). Help us scale, and grow our cloud-based systems and technologies with a keen eye towards software quality and operational excellence. We work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environment, with modern technologies- mainly a MEAN/ MERN stack.

What you'll be doing:
You will be working as part of our development team writing and maintaining code for computer applications. Your primary responsibilities will involve learning the codebase, working on small bug fixes, and participating in paired programming with mid-level and senior developers, taking on larger projects as you gain experience and build up your programming skill. Your job duties include attending and contributing to development team meetings, troubleshooting, patching computer code, and collaborating with other developers to create applications.

What you'll bring to the team:
  • Strong understanding of multiple coding languages- Javascripts/ Typescripts, C#/.NET, Python, C++
  • MEAN/ MERN stack- ideally being able to code with React/ Node.js OR AngularJS
  • Understanding of Relational and/or NoSQL databases, specifically MySQL and MongoDB
  • Understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
  • Web services development
  • Full stack experience is a plus
  • An understanding of cross-platform display issues is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with distributed teams
  • A passion for design and an eye for detail
